People say that the south can’t rap. I partially agree. There is a lot of shit coming out from the south these days. But the Dungeon Family hip-hop collective, which include rappers from Goodie Mob, Outkast and so on, is based in Atlanta. And from Dungeon Family comes Witchdoctor.
